Stephen Royal is a Christian and a musician embarking on a new chapter, marked by Faith, a fresh sound, and a revitalized look. his journey, however, hasn’t been without trials. The profound loss of his aunt Nikki in 2012, a woman of God, who was as close as a mother, sent him spiraling into a period of uncertainty.

It was in his vulnerable state that he began writing music in 2013, a creative outlet that would eventually lead him to pursue music seriously. In 2016, he moved to Lawton, Oklahoma, exploring R&B, a path that ultimately didn’t resonate. He continue to present many of challenges as he moves between customer service roles, and different states, eventually landing in Los Angeles California in 2021. It was there that he had a profound spiritual awakening, turning towards God.

Returning to God in 2023, and in 2024 a mere three days before his birthday on December 5th, Stephen faced another devastating loss, the death of his father. Faced with more loss he felt a calling to pick up his cross and follow God’s promises, recommitting to his faith and his music on a deeper, more purposeful level.
